HOLDING AGREEMENT: A $375.00 DEPOSIT WILLHOLD A PUPPY. No Puppy will be shipped until the

remaining balance is paid in full. The puppy is taken off the site once a deposit has been placed making it unavailable to sell to any other party, therefore, DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. The deposit is applied to the purchase price of the puppy. By purchasing or placing a deposit, purchaser agrees to the contract of BurnsCuddly Canines.________BUYERS INITIALS

ONE YEAR GUARANTEE AGAINST GENETIC DEFECTS THAT MAKE THE PUPPY UNSUITABLE

FOR A “FAMILY PET”. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, inquinal hernia, cherry eye, undescended testicle, under bite or over bite, dew claws,  grade1 or 2 patellas. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for a replacement puppy in the case of a genetic defect or Buyer may choose to keep puppy and accept all

responsibilities. Seller is not responsible for shipping costs. SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETBILLS OR EXPENSES.________BUYERS INITIALS

The following parasites common to puppies are not covered in this contract:  coccidian, giardia, round, hook, whip, tape And heart worms.   SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS OR EXPENSES._________BUYERS INITIALS

Parvo virus is not covered after 48hours of receiving the puppy. ________BUYERS INITIALS

Injury beyond sellers control is not guaranteed. Should death occur, BUYER will provide SELLER with a veterinarian statement stating the cause of death, to be examined by SELLER’S veterinarian. If justifiable by both vets, SELLER will then provide a replacement puppy if available or a refund of puppy price or BUYER may choose to keep the puppy and accept all responsibilities. The $375 SHIPPING FEE IS NON- REFUNDABLE.  SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARIAN BILLS OR EXPENSES Paypal and credit card service fees are also non-refundable. _________BUYERS INITIALS

BUYER is required to keep puppy on a shot program until the age of 16weeks. SELLER will send shot record with puppy informing BUYER of the next booster due. At that time, seller must take puppy to the vet on that day or as close to that day as possible to maintain the shot requirements. SELLER recommends that the puppy is wormed every month for the first year of life. _________BUYERS INITIALS

Seller will not pay any vet bills unless preauthorized by seller, not to exceed the purchase price of the puppy.

This written agreement is a binding contract into the State of Missouri and is the entire agreement between the buyer and seller concerning the health conditions or loss of this puppy. Any litigation commenced shall take place in the state of Missouri in Barry County.
